At newbelquistour, part of Belquis Group of Companies — Egypt’s trusted travel agency since 1981 — we are committed to full transparency with our clients. Please read the following booking terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation with our Cairo-based tourism team
1. Services Included in Your Booking The customer is not entitled to request any services beyond those stated in the contract. Any additional services — such as internal tours, extra hotel nights, additional guests, or extra rooms — must be coordinated with newbelquistour in advance and paid in full if available.
2. Refund for Unavailable Additional Services If newbelquistour is unable to provide any paid additional tour or service, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
3. Hotel Price Changes If the hotel changes its price after booking, the customer has the right to cancel and receive a full refund from newbelquistour.
4. Room Type Policy Double room: two twin beds or one king bed Triple room: king bed, twin + extra bed, or sofa bed
5. International Check-in & Check-out Times Standard international check-in is between 2:00–3:00 PM and check-out between 11:00 AM–12:00 PM. These times are binding for both newbelquistour and the customer.
6. Early Check-in / Late Check-out Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance with newbelquistour and is subject to hotel availability. Breakfast: 7:00–10:00 AM Dinner: 7:00–10:00 PM Lunch (full board): 1:00–3:00 PM
7. Hotel Selection Approval The hotel has been selected and approved by the customer prior to booking. No objections or refund claims are accepted after arrival at the property.
8. Bus Seating Policy Bus seating is assigned based on booking order. As the bus serves multiple hotels, early booking does not guarantee front seats.
9. Dress Code in Hotels & Restaurants Wearing traditional galabiyas (for men) is not permitted inside hotels or restaurants.
10. Standard Room Views All rooms booked by newbelquistour are standard garden-view or back-view. Sea-view or pool-view rooms are subject to additional hotel fees.
11. Single Room Booking Policy Per hotel policy, two single rooms cannot be booked for two individuals without proof of relationship.
12. Room Allocation Room allocation is based on hotel availability, with assistance from the newbelquistour representative on-site.
13. Required Documents Customers must provide: Birth certificates for children National ID cards for adults Marriage certificate (where applicable)
14. Transfer Cancellation Policy Transfers cannot be canceled within 72 hours before the scheduled trip.
15. Post-Booking Price Reductions If the hotel reduces its prices after your booking is confirmed, the discount does not apply to existing reservations.
16. Fuel Price Increases If the government increases fuel prices, any additional costs are borne by the customer.
17. Nile Cruise Train Tickets Train tickets for Nile Cruise trips are priced at 750 EGP. Any price increases are charged to the customer. Train reservations are only available 14 days before travel.
18. Nile Cruise Tips Mandatory tips are not included in Nile Cruise trip packages offered by newbelquistour.
19. Eid Trip Bookings Eid trips are scheduled according to the Gregorian calendar. Changes based on the Hijri calendar are only possible with hotel approval.
20. Cancellation Policy – newbelquistour (Belquis Group)
Cancellation fees are calculated from the total booking value, not the amount paid.
21- Cancellation fees are calculated from the total booking amount, not the paid amount.
22- Cancellation 80 days before travel: 10% deduction (administrative fees) if no services were confirmed.
A- Cancellation 30 days before travel: 20% deduction if no services were confirmed.
Cancellation 25 days before travel: 30% deduction if no extra services were paid.
B- Cancellation 15 days before travel: 20% deduction depending on confirmed services.
C- Cancellation 7 days before travel: 40% deduction.
D- Cancellation 3 days before travel: 60% deduction.
E- Cancellation within 48 hours: full amount deducted.
F- Changing the booking date means the booking cannot be canceled afterwards.
G- Cancellation on the travel day or upon arrival results in full deduction.
H- If 40 people are confirmed, a tourist bus will be used. If not, a coaster bus or Go Bus economic tickets will be booked. Transportation from the Go Bus station to the hotel is the customer’s responsibility.
I- No cancellation is allowed for bookings through ValU or bank installment plans.
J- Booking modifications depend on availability and must be done 48 hours before travel. A fee of 25 EGP per person applies.
K- Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the customer. The company is not liable for any loss.
L- Cancellations and modifications are not allowed during public holidays or official occasions.
M- Cancellations or refunds are not allowed in Ain Sokhna hotels according to their policies.
